Antheia Services Limited runs this website, and under the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended), we are the data controller. We have a data controller registration with the Information Commissioner. Through our Group Companies and Partner Sites, we run a lot of social, dating, lifestyle, and entertainment sites (including mobile apps). In this policy, we call all of our sites and apps "the Services." Some of our terms will mention our Group Companies or Partner Sites. In this policy, the words "us," "we," or "our" will also encompass our Group Companies and Partner Sites.

You are using one of our sites or apps if you are reading this policy. We have a lot of sites that we call "casual sites." These are for adults who want to have short-term, consenting casual encounters. We are a big company, so we have a lot of smaller firms who work for us or run some of our sites. These are called "Group Companies." They help us provide the Services to you. These businesses are termed data processors because they protect data. We or our parent firm own and run all of our Group Companies.
