What is a User ID and what is its purpose in my settings?
User ID is the distinct code for your profile in our system. This helps our client assistance crew locate your profile quickly and handle any troubles right after they come up. Your User ID is helpful if you phone our support supervisors because it secures the most immediate reply. To check your User ID, tap the avatar on the upper right corner of any webpage and pick the 'My Settings' option. Your identity number will be presented inside the relevant section.
How do I include my status?
You can input your status within the 'Status' part of the 'My Profile' zone.
Hit the 'Edit' symbol to input your status and then press the 'Save' button to save the adjustments.
For what reason was my Status rejected?
Your status or concise introduction will be refused by the moderator when it contains:
- private or contact information
- hyperlinks to other websites
- insulting terminology
- discrepancy in age
- discrepancy in gender
- mentions of drugs
- proposal of escort services
- unintelligible writing
- monetary characters
How much time is needed to approve my information?
Typically, 15-20 minutes is all the time required to approve your details. Our verification staff is on duty 24/7, making sure that you will not wait and miss out on possible connections.
