Profile Photo: Upload Rules, Sizes & Moderation

For adding a picture to your profile, click on your avatar located in the top-right section of any page and select 'My Profile' from the menu that appears. Click the 'Add Photos' area or the 'My Photos' option situated in the top-left section of your profile page.

For uploading an image from your computer, click the 'Upload Photos' option in the new window and select the desired picture to add.

Kindly be aware your picture should not be smaller than 480 x 480 pixels or larger than 12MB, with a .jpeg, .jpg, or .png file extension.

To capture and add an image using your webcam, simply click the 'Webcam Photo' option.

There is no limit to the number of photos you can add.

Your image might have been denied because of one or more primary reasons for rejection. We disapprove:

• Images with multiple people (pictures of you with others: companions, family, kids, etc.).
• Pictures that do not belong to you (images of your partner or any person of the other gender if your status is single).
• Images displaying private data (such as website URLs, chat IDs, email contacts, phone details, or residential addresses, etc.).
• Pictures that include depictions of firearms, narcotics, alcoholic beverages, or tobacco.
• Images with unlawful/unsuitable content (for instance, insulting gestures, aggression, or fatalities).
• Pictures featuring minors or famous individuals.
• Studio pictures of models or digitally altered images.
• Images without individuals/pictures of landscapes/fauna/sketches or designs.

Should you add any of the photo varieties mentioned previously, our specialized moderation staff will prevent it from being displayed on your profile.

We adhere to these rules to guarantee our users get the most pleasure from the service and that all images are authentic and clear, establishing an enjoyable and secure space for all to connect with others.

Difficulties in adding your images could be caused by:

- Incorrect file type and/or picture dimensions. You may add pictures with a .jpeg, .jpg, or .png extension. Dimension constraints of at least 480 x 480 pixels and no more than 12MB are in effect;

- Your web browser is malfunctioning. Verify your web connection and ensure you have the most recent browser version, or attempt to use an alternative browser.

Kindly be aware that pictures cannot be less than 480 x 480 pixels or larger than 12MB in size.

To remove an image, click your avatar in the top-right section of any page on the site and select ‘My Profile’ from the resulting menu. Click the ‘My Photos’ option located in the top-left section of your profile area. Next, move your mouse over the picture you wish to remove and click the X icon to finalize the process.

Alternatively, you can click the ‘More options’ symbol (three vertical dots) in the top-right of any picture in the ‘My photos’ area and select ‘Delete photo’.
