How do I update email and login details?

When registering with our site you must provide us with an email address in order to receive important notifications and the latest updates.

To change your email address:

- Click on your avatar in the top right corner of any site page and go to the 'My Settings' tab;

- Click on the 'Change your email' field to change your address. Then enter your current password to continue;

- Enter the new email address and click the 'Save' button.

Once you have changed your email address it must be verified. We do this by sending a new password to the new email address you have provided. Once you have logged in using the new password you will regain full access to the site.

If you would like to change your password:

- Click on your avatar in the top right corner of any site page and go to the 'My Settings' tab;

- Click on the 'Change your password' field. Enter your old password and the new one, retype it in the appropriate box and click the 'Save' button.

How do I change the gender in my profile?

You can change your gender on our site by contacting our Customer Care team.

1. Press your avatar in the upper-right corner of any site page

2. Choose 'Get support' from the drop-down menu and then move to the 'Contact Us' tab

3. Choose 'Profile Change' from the drop-down 'Section' menu

4. Choose 'How do I change gender/orientation on my profile?' from the drop-down 'Subject' menu

5. Describe your issue in the 'Message' field below and press 'Send' to deliver your message to the Customer Care team

How do I change my location?

To change your location, press your avatar in the upper-right corner of any site page and choose ‘Get support’ from the drop-down menu.

Then, on the ‘Contact Us’ tab, choose ‘Profile Change’ and ‘Change location’ from the corresponding ‘Section’ and ‘Subject’ drop-down menus.

Type your location change request in the ‘Message’ field and press the ‘Send’ button.

How do I change my screenname?

To change your screenname, press your avatar in the upper-right corner of any site page and choose ‘My Profile’ from the drop-down menu. Press the ‘Edit’ icon, amend your screenname in the appropriate field, and press the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you happen to forget your password and can’t log in to the site, press the ‘Forgot Password?’ in the login form, type in the email you used for registration, and wait until we email you a link to change your password.

How do I manage my notifications?

You will receive notifications about special offers from our site and our partner services, personal and admin alerts, and member matches at the email address you used for registration. You will also receive corresponding push notifications.

To manage your notification settings, press your avatar in the upper-right corner of any site page and choose 'My Settings' from the drop-down menu. Scroll down to the 'Email, SMS, and push notifications' field. There you can edit your notification options by marking/unmarking the corresponding checkboxes.

You can also manage your notification settings within the mobile app on your iOS / Android / Windows Phone device.
