What If I Have Technical Problems With…
Chat & Messenger
Should you encounter technical issues with the chat or messenger, please use the following steps:
- If you are using a PC:
- Tap the PrtScrn or Print Screen key, which is typically found in the top-right section of your keyboard.
- Launch Microsoft Paint by going to your Start menu, then Programs, Accessories, and finally selecting Paint.
- Once Paint is open, choose 'Edit' from the menu bar and click 'Paste'.
- With the screenshot now visible in the program, go to the "File" menu and select 'Save As'.
- From the 'Save As' window, use the drop-down menu at the top to set your Desktop as the save location.
- Enter 'adsense.jpg' as the file name, choose 'JPEG' from the 'Save as Type' dropdown, and then click Save.
- If you're using Mac OSX
- Launch the 'Grab' application, which is usually located in 'Applications' | 'Utilities'.
- Go to 'Capture' and select 'Window'.
- Click the specific window you wish to capture a screenshot of.
- Save the resulting image as 'adsense.jpg'.
- If you're using a Mac 9.x or below, press Command+Shift+3 while viewing the page with the issue. This will create a file on your desktop (commonly called 'picture1.png').
If you are unable to capture a screenshot of the problem, please provide a detailed description so we can attempt to replicate it. We cannot assist without being able to reproduce the technical issue.
After you have completed the appropriate steps, attach your screenshot to an email and send it to our support staff at support@Cupiddates.com.
